Standardization is the process that ensures consistent quality in olive oil and certifies that the olive oil we bought it contains all the nutrients that we seek in this product. Compliance with quality control procedures and safety of the product ensures the process is, according to specifications set by the Greek and European legislation, which is implemented through the General Chemical State Laboratory, EFET and market regulations.
